An enduring, touching testament to the video-maker's art. Its subtle portrayal of the drama, pathos and never-ending roadworks of Brighton put it amongst the top 50 films ever to have been produced in East Sussex. How I long for the sequel - 3 hours at Seven Dials Roundabout.
