Go deep in the Cave of Origin, and you will meet Kyogre in there. Save before you approach it. Kyogre is on Level 45. It's ability is Drizzle which makes it rain for an unlimited amount of turns. Since Kyogre is Water type, Net Balls would be the best choice.

If you want to disable this cheat,just remove the cheat,If the cheat doesn't dissapear..you save the game and then load again..

Switched the video off after you said "Cheat code". Pokémon gets extremely boring if you get everything by cheating (other than the event Pokémon whose events are not around any longer). Trying to actually catch them all is an epic challenge, and is immensely satisfying when you finally achieve everything without cheat. And when others say "You must have cheated to do that", you can rub in their face how much you didn't cheat. That's what's kept me playing Pokémon for nearly 10 years.

@Jortender you can catch feebas in 6/400 squares of water in route 113 (i think) just try to find 1 of the squares and then catch as many feebas as you can
