Shocking-I lived in SA for 20 years during the 80's &90's and yes we did have separate hospitals for whites and blacks but they were all a damn sight better than this. It's quite obvious from the video that the current (Black) government has lost control and/or just don't give a shit. Sad-it wasn't like this under the big bad apartheid government.

ALL of South Africa's problems, the violence, poverty, disease, incompetence and disorder can be explained in one word...BLACKS!

The genetic predisposition of Negroids makes them suitable for only the simplest, most primitive of hunter-gatherer lifestyles. When blacks are forced to deal with the intellectual and organizational complexities and stresses of modern life, they simply close down and collapse under the pressure. The reality is that there is no accountability for anything in SA, not to mention the theft and rampant embezzlement of taxpayer’s money without consequence. Unfortunately the people on the front line are suffering for it, not to mention the patients! Oh and by the way, even if you do get caught, you still get to keep your job, so where’s the deterrent?
