  • Love all your lil drills and tips...i have adopted many of them for my own purposes. Question about the stretches, when i do the stretches for the lower back it never feels like im stretching it. Always feels like im stretching my legs. The last one with the arms outstretched with the legs crossed over i do feel a lil. Is my technique wrong? This is true of almost all back stretches i try. When i say lower back, i mean the part right at or right above the iliac crest. Thnx!
