@PrettyBrg everyone has to start somewhere. My grandfather was right off the boat from Italy, and he was a shoemaker, my other grandfather was a metal worker. Two generations later are educated executives. Everyone starts at the bottom and works their way up. Regarding shoemakers tht are white? Plenty. Do your research. A lot of famous designers.
