  • If the wage gap is true, it's true because of the decisions made by women themselves, and because of the actual risks women present to any employer e.g. pregnancy, maternity leave, daycare, etc.

i.e. There's a distinct difference between rational discrimination and irrational discrimination: between weighing the practical differences/risks that people present and simply judging them blindly based on sex.

Capitalism is the only social system that doesn't care about your skin color or gender.

  • According to the US Department of Labor (See CONSAD 2009 Report "An Analysis of Reasons for the Disparityin Wages Between Men and Women"), the primary cause of the raw sex wage gap is that more women choose part-time jobs and thus work fewer hours. Is that discrimination?

1/3 of female MBAs never work full-time while only 1/20 male MBAs never work full-time. I'm searching for the results of law and medical degrees by sex.

  • Tha fact is, white women exhibit less commitment to paid work. Their work ethic is half that of black women, and of men. BBC's Woman's Hour revealed this in s debate which you can access on the listen again section of the woman's hour website.. Don't let the truth stand in the way of a good moan though, right sisters?

  • if so, why isnt there a single competent businessman/woman out there that only employs women? he'd be swimming in the money he'd save on their wages.
