At first I was kind of iffy on her voice, but I really like how Sonika sounds in this demo. I can't wait til she's release.

  • To all you whiny bitches.

I would LOVE to see you make a better English Vocaloid.

Contact me when you have, k?

    Rofl.

  • Stop saying that English Vocaloids suck cuz they don't. It's not like Japanese vocaloids are anymore understandable than the english ones. Some ppl think that the Japanese Vocaloids sound better which in some cases I agree but I find that their voices r too robotic which makes understanding hard to understand. Believe me I have Japanese friends who can't understand what Miku or the rest of them r saying and have to rely on subtitles.

  • @500loveanime Oliver, Big Al, Sweet Ann, Leon, and Lola were not made for opera...only Prima and Tonio were made specifically for opera.

  • @xRukiaxIchigofanx Then there's the kanji, or the Chinese characters, and while there are at least a thousand of those, every reading consists of one to four characters from the alphabet, so one to four key sounds. English has well over a few thousand sounds, but Japanese has 5 key 'sounds'.

  • @xRukiaxIchigofanx Sounds? No, no. For characters, that may be true, but the Japanese language has 5 different sounds, one for each vowel. Each character is, when romanized, a letter (k, s, t, ch, sh, n, m, r, y, w) combined with one of the vowels. Their alphabet contains of 46 characters. You double that, since they have both hiragana and katakana, both systems 46 characters with the same readings, then punctuation symbols. In total that's about 120 symbols, but 5 key sounds.

  • I have to use subtitles to understand 98% of American media through all the autotune. Your point?

  • @StarsingClaw The thing is that barely effect the quality of the Vocaloid, because the language has almost no effect on quality. All Vocaloids are almost equally robotic and understandable. Granted the newer the Vocaloid the better quality they are, but it all depends on the user.

J-loids are just used by more professionals than Engloids.

Plus if someone can make Iku Acme sing, then any Vocaloid can be made to sing well.

  • I think she is the best english ocaoid and i think that she is theonly one who wasnt made for opera

  • This sort of reminds me of the songs from the show Jem for whatever reason

  • love the music! and her voice sounds really good, so kawaii!

  • @Panda000People good for your mother! ;D

  • You guys speak the English language. The English Language has WAY MORE sounds than any other language. The Japanese language has around 300-500 sounds? Um, you think that is hard, the English Language has about 3,500 sounds or more. Have you ever heard you're teacher say that the English language is the hardest to learn? Well, they are right. I had to learn it in a year before starting school because my first language is Spanish, it was hard for me to learn English. Look at Microsoft Anna?
