We welcome residents and visitors alike with our vibrant shopping district, specializing in antiques with something for everyone - from the casual antiquer to the serious collector. Restaurants offer everything from casual dining at Sweetwater's Grille & Cheesecake, to Short's Hot Dogs, to the soda fountain at the local drug store, an authentic Mexican dining restaurant, Taco Charro, and our newest addition, Edelweiss, a German bakery and cafe'.

Selma is home to the American Music Jubilee, which offers some of the finest entertainment in the Mid-Atlantic Region, our annual Railroad Days Festival held the first weekend in October, and many other Special Events.

On Exit 97 from I-95, you'll find 750 hotel rooms, national chain restaurants, JR Tobacco, one of the largest tobacco and perfume outlets on the East Coast and Dwayne's Garden Center, one of the largest statuary and landscape dealers along the I-95 corridor.
