@flyingjmerritt I've seen a 310R fly with 6 hours of fuel, six passengers, (full grown men) and bags...I'd like to see a baron do that. (While staying in the envelope.) Oh, and they handle ice just fine.

a beech baron is a beeter weather plane then the cessna 310 tho. a baron can take on more ice where the 310 you get a thin coat of ice and it starts dropping out of the sky. my choice is going with the beech baron hands down.

Guys, the best plane so far for me, the best twin, something I would have never dreamed to fly ever is the mitsubishi mu 2 solitaire. Fat stubby little plane with a lot of power!
