Delhi's 'cold' reality

As the mercury continues to plummet in the national capital, survival is yet again becoming a struggle for the homeless. As single, working men comprise a large number of deaths who don't have a shelter, no one knows why they died. Worse, the Delhi Police, the lone agency with records of the dead, says that it disposes of over 3,000 unidentified bodies a year.
