I think the whole point of this film is that it's not suppose to make much sense, an example of direct chaos and our inability to control things (e.g. like the CIA in this movie).

They even make a point to address this in the film when the CIA head is discussing wtf is going on with that detective and they just keep running into "we... don't know". Idk that's what I got from it, also brad's role seemed quite fitting and hilarious ^_^

this movie is actually a common loser problem of human nature...and what a waste of using "brad pitt" as a cast of this worthless and boring film...(although i like his new style of acting)....

and the C.I.A is like a crime protector, they just burn the evidents...is the director against C.I.A?...

yeah i also made a mistake watching this because it's restricted to my age(15)...^_^..just curios..
