A dedicated server is a server a computer hosts (Usually a super computer pretty much) Which allows modding the gameplay leagally to that server, it allows admins, and can be just to have fun with friends... MW2 is a crappy Matchmaking which allows no modding or anything..

can someone explain to me the difference between pounds and U.S. dollars, cause over here in the US the price for the ordinary version was standard for a new release game.

Regarding the PC community issue I think your right about the piracy OTG its not about it at all I think its more about the fact that not a lot of gamers can shell out the 2,000 USD for a nice computer to actually run the game great, I mean look at the console which is now what like 399 or 299 USD I would say that is a much larger market to go for, no offense to all the PC gamers, also I think MW 2 made so much cause of the prestige edition which is like 140 USD

I just borrowed it out on rental cause...don't get me wrong, i'd have bought it...but I didn't want to fork out that money and find out it sucked....it...is...best....CO­D EVER!
