  • u should watch arnold doing 300lb curls. hear what he has to say about it, read what professional body builders have to say about it, then revisit this video. as a disclaimer, i agree with you in a narrow perspectives. and by all means please keep doing what you are doing. but you'll also see that the conflict in your work out philosophy is what gives you, and this man in the video, strikingly different appearance in muscle structures. unless you're buff as shiz, good job you! keep it up

  • you are using your back too much and your elbows are suposed to be locked in by your libs dont use yuor arm/wrist
