I would be surprised if there isn't a version of my Great Uncle singing this song somewhere.....Go to Myspace and find him and see if it is listed on his site....also just try googling it and see if you can find it.......I know I've heard Uncle Leon sing "I Love You Because", but I"m not sure about this song. I just know that this song describes his younger life of being blind and trying to find his way in life. I love this version. I think it is the best yet!

I am a Kurt fan as well, I wish Nashville would give him a chance. I would see him in concert time and time again if he would come back to the States.

Kurt, I feel like I am following you around YouTube like a real groopie lol. Clicked on this song and continued working, only to hear you enter with that VOICE and I exclaimed again as though I was hearing it for the first time (which I wasn't). You have a fan for life with such a god-given talent you are truly blessing my day! Keep up the great work Kurt, take it to higher heights.. Respect!

Kurt has a rare talent, his voice and the way he sings is with such empathy and passion. He sings like he's thinking of his family and I think he is absolutely a beautiful talent. Wishing you and your little family much happiness, joy and togetherness Kurt. Your voice is such a wonderful start to my day - thank you for that gift.
