I'll smoke a joint and go to the gym for two hours, so don't tell me about how it takes your motivation away. Some people just sit around on their fat asses all day and use it as an excuse for being lazy. Each person reacts differently, true, but on the whole, I would say that marijuana doesn't detrimentally affect most people. It acts as a buffer, to reduce the irritation that one may face throughout the course of a day. Why is weed illegal while Dr.'s prescribe Xanax & Ritalin all day long.

It's hard for ppl who enjoy smoking and are always told it is wrong or that it is disgraceful to my family or whatever....I personally love weed and I love smoking it. im in high school and i smoke weed every day. go to class ripped and get a+'s, come home and have a great family life, go to work and do my thing. people just need to be more mature about this substance and kids need to stop acting like its some bad ass rebellious drug that makes them thugs. dumb people should be allowed to smoke, but it shouldnt tarnish what people think about dope. its the the user you should judge, not the weed.

I completely agree with joe, I've learned in the last year and a half that I was lied to my entire life by everyone I know... I've been keeping a workout log of sorts of myself actually getting into shape using MJ on marijuana,com, and it's been the greatest discovery for me. I run 5-6 miles as many as 3-6 days a week. I've gone from a doughy 185 to 165 and cut without drugs, and am now happily on my way back down to cut and THIS time its been monumentally easier thanks to THC.
