Yeah, and they revolutionized Xerox's GUI; it wasn't a simple case for product renaming (Vista = bad version of OS X). They dramatically improved it; its design, aesthetics, etc.

nah the dumbass was the guy who wrote the basis for dos and following his principles left it uncopyrighted and published it for all to use. He should've copyrighted it and not contested any 'illegal' use of it.
