scout overkill? there is a strategy with the romans to buy a building is the capitol and then all other cities build it MUCH faster.

@Ignuus66 if you watch until part 10, you will see that elizabeth gets conquered and we can then start focusing on our economy and buildings ;)

I must say that my personally favorite strategy is to stay economical and friendly to the ai's until I have AWESOME tech. then I just buy a whole lotta units and attack.
