Kickstarter edition is early release vs. the standard version. The hardware remains the same, however except for the "Kickstarter Edition" writing on the back.

I personally think it's not worth it cause I had one of those

Sony Ericsson LiveView watches that does the same job and has different plugins that you can download and install, after I bought it I just realized that it's absolutely useless first coz it drains the phones battery as bluetooth has to stay on and the watch battery itself doesn't stay for long and it's too small for it's price!!
