on another website, it said you can use reshacker and find the images in ieframe.dll.

When you resize things or creat objects, how do you get it to stay in the center? Like when you start making a circle the middle of the circle is where you cursor is. When i do it i have to start at the top left and end at the bottom right, its really hard to get things centered. I dunno if your going to understand what i'm saying, its hard to explain. How do you get it to stay centered when you do that free transform at 2:10?

try to use "ALT" button for centered transformations
(and "shift" for constrain proportions)
