hi , i too had the same problem, luckily i found out the problem and fixed it. In mine the thread from top wasn't catching the thread from bobbin is that your problem too?
It happens because of the catcher near the bobbin is out or late .it can only be fixed by adjusting a simple gear ,its bit tricky but very easy .
