MoveOnForAmerica.org released this video during the 2004 presidential campaign. John Kerry, while in private practice as an attorney, defended George Reissfelder, a man who took aim and shot at a cop. Fortunately, Reissfelder was a bad shot and the police officer wasn't hit. John Kerry ludicrously defended Reissfelder to his parole board, in essence claiming "no harm, no foul". Apparently, it's not a crime to shoot at the police unless you actually hit them.
