John Kerry defends man accused of attemted murder of a cop

MoveOnForAmerica.org released this video during the 2004 presidential campaign. John Kerry, while in private practice as an attorney, defended George Reissfelder, a man who took aim and shot at a cop. Fortunately, Reissfelder was a bad shot and the police officer wasn't hit. John Kerry ludicrously defended Reissfelder to his parole board, in essence claiming "no harm, no foul". Apparently, it's not a crime to shoot at the police unless you actually hit them.

Kerry is one of the few great politicians the US establishment has left, and also one of the few who is not a rabbid supporter of the death penalty. He would have made a great president, if only to anger you people!
