How can the doctor be sure he is entering only the plugged meibomian glands? How does he know if it is the correct angle or depth? I think that it would be too easy to puncture the wrong place or puncture the gland sideways or too deeply, causing infection and further inflammation. The bleeding in this video indicates some misses!
