V for Vendetta is an amazing film with a powerful message that really could change the world.
V for Vendetta is set in a futuristic England where there is an out of control government oppressing upon the people. V is a revolutionary who takes drastic measures to save the country. I do not condone his violent actions, but I strongly believe in his philosophy.
"People should not be afraid of their governments, governments should be afraid of their people."
On November 5, 1605 Guy Fawkes attempted to blow up Parliament to stop England's government from committing their horrible executions. In this film V honors what Fawkes tried to do and the idea he stood behind.
Forever we must remember the 5th of November and the power people should have in their countries. V for Vendetta is a movie that empowers.
