ok so there's a lot of people saying this whole thing is stupid..I've been running for my whole life and I'm currently in the process of getting used to the 5 fingers..their amazing..my knees really can take a break and I use them for running in a forest it feels great to feel the leaves and moss and grass and even the branches..you just need to get used to it.
