  • @cr8zy1995 I use my vff for all sorts of training including kettlebell and some lifting and I can say this: I will never go back to regular trainers.

  • Someone please respond, are these good for lifting/squats?

    Thanks

  • I Love them

  • he said on the video "u dont really have much of anything at all. its just that thin layer of rubber"

i was like.. "yeah and it cost 150$ for only that!"

  • what he's doing wrong is running heel to toe still, he needs to make forefoot contact first in order to run barefoot.

  • where can i buy a pair of these in melbourne?

  • @stoidipukeaw i step on shit and dont get any cuts(barefoot)

  • @janjans143 If you already walk barefoot, you won't get many if any injuries w/ these. I can step on glass without getting cut (barefoot) and often do.

  • @janjans143 thanks!

  • @CheckersXheart mean sideways or just some lying down nail, well no. even the sharp rocks "pointing up" it doesnt hurt. but u will definitely feel it., at first i was like a kid in a play field. its like experiencing ur first steps. u will notice every detail u were stepping on. after 5 months or more well it wont feel new anymore. ur brain now ignores everything check my video about it and u will have a better balance.
