This is a slightly strange game where you drive a giant 18-wheels truck racing recklessly in a highway and knocking out of the road innocent cars and ambulances. It's basically a clone of Konami's Road Fighter with the twist of having the player driving a massive truck. It is not bad, but it is not great like the very popular Road Fighter and F1 Spirit games.
Graphics were OK for MSX, scrolling and movement was good but the sound was very annoying and no music. Great artwork on the packaging.

@Normal1S LOL. This was actually the very first game Telenet Japan ever made!

This was Yuko's job before she achieved the power of Valis. . .

it's not a clone of [roadf] (Road Fighter), but it's a traditional truck game and not your fault.

@ZILOGz80VIDEOS No. This game was developed & published by Telenet Japan, which is a now-defunct Japanese game developer/publisher. They were most popular in the early 16-bit era, and they were known for games such as the Valis series, Gaiares, Granada, and the Cosmic Fantasy series, just to name a few. American Truck was the first game they ever did.
Telenet Japan has nothing to do telnet. Notice the extra "e" in Telenet
