What street was this on can you remember? I'm looking for all the good fruit/veggie markets here.

I can find it by walking, but not too sure about the name of the street. I think it is around where P Hang Chieu and Tranh Ha meet up by the old east gate, Cua O Quan Chuong. It is southwest of Dong Xuan Market. Good luck!

Yes it was rather odd, just a guy singing with his guitar and an amplifier. You can see him at the end of the clip where I try to zoom in.
