We Can Be Heroes - A British Army Tribute

This is my first tribute to the British Army. I've been wanting to do one for ages, and I've finally got it done.

With christmas coming, we should realise that our lads aren't going to be coming home intime to spend it with their loved ones, and some didn't even make it to today. This tribute will hopefully lay respects to all that have fallen - doing this country proud, and to those that are still fighting over in Afghanistan. I am truly proud to be British because of our lads and lasses over their in the middle east and hope for their safe return.

We should all aspire to be a hero to atleast someone in one shape or another, these are my heroes, and they will forever have my respect. Come home safe lads.

The music is from the X Factor Finalists of 2010 - the song is named, rightly, 'Heroes'. I urge you all to buy it off of iTunes, as all proceeds go to 'Help For Heroes' a charity aimed to helping the lives of those injured from battle in the middle east. It is a truly magnificent cause.

The video footage is taken from 'Ross Kemp In Afghanistan' a documentary aimed to show how life is for soldiers out in the field. Again, I recommend that you pick this up, as it opened my eyes aswell as many others.

@MrAbusabir I understand what you are saying and you are wrong. You are making it look as if the Taliban are totally innocent and NEVER kill innocent civilians when the fact is they do. I can also admit that our soldiers have maybe accidentally killed a few civilians but the Taliban mean to do it. They give young kids weapons, strap bombs to them and kill innocent civilians in terrorist attacks. "One mans terrorist is another mans freedom fighter".

@Wesker2425 you are rite but do u know how it fells when someone invade your Country why don't the Gov pull out of the Forces.How come Taliban's get $ and £ to buy their weapons who sell them? I would fight for my country if it were to be Invaded and you would do the same anyway that's just the 1 part of the story 1hand cant clap on it's own. Respect to Solders who fights for their Own and other Countries. If only People would realize that we're all the same Human Beings Living in this Earth.
