hi there- another great video, ive moved up to 125cc now im 17 which is alot nicer. Can you tell me what exactly is swan necking? im still trying to keep in good habits for my test. got a theory booked for next saturday too should be fun...
basically taking the shape of a 'swan's neck' through a junction (running wide)
the correct position is about one and a half feet from the kerb/ pavement on approach to the junction
then you must HOLD that position all the way through the turn till you complete it- don't move back to the centre of the road on approach as many do- stay in position 1 all the way through the turn!!
(or the resulting manoeuvre will resemble the shape of a 'swan's neck')
