Off Madison Ave's Roger Hurni discusses the recent changes at Netflix with NBC Channel 12 News. With the price hike, consumers have been voicing their opinions in social media since the announcement of the change. Shortly after 1 million users left the service and the stock price dropped, Netflix issued an apology email, owning up for the lack of communication and announcing the split of their services (with streaming only being available through Netflix and DVDs by mail being sent through Qwikster) to allow consumers the ability to still get a portion of the service for the same price they originally started with.
