I love how you incorporated that beautiful overpass from the end of TMP and blended it seamlessly into the rendevous.
Clever credits in the open doorway too! :D

Nicely done. You might want to run spell-check next time though.

I am TRULY in awe of this very spectacle.

@ThrashTillDeath73 : What the hell are you talking about? I'm for anything new if it's GOOD. But CGI is not aways good. Sometimes it's every bit as bad as bad modelwork. Digital compositing, for example works much better than the old optical compositing did most of the time but that doesn't mean that everything new is good or anything old is bad. Recognize things for what they are instead of what you want them to be
BTW there is no "digital noise" in optical compositing.

@eimb1999 Purist...just can't accept anything new. The problem with model work of those days is that when transfered to a Hi-Def video source, the imperfections in the compositing show up. You get all kinds of digital noise floating over the models and it takes away from the beautiful model work. With CGI, you get clean crisp clear details without any of that. The only drawback to CG is that sometimes you get motion blur between frames.

Beautifully done. Thanks for making this vid.

The original looks much better. Can't beat real models over the videogame look of CGI.
NBice attempt though. Oh, BTW the shape of the warp drive sled on your shuttle is incorrectly curved.
