The TSC 300 Challenge is a 3-part physical fitness test that is inspired by America's Force Recon Marines, Navy Seals, and Army Rangers.
Please subscribe and give this video the thumbs up. For more information about the TSC Heart of a Champion Program please read my articles at http://transformationsuperchallenge.blogspot.com/
The TSC 300 Challenge is a fitness test that measures strength, stamina and cardiovascular endurance. The purpose of the test is to help you transform your body and achieve true health and fitness. That means looking your best possible, feeling your best possible, and being your best possible.
The TSC 300 Challenge is composed of 3 events. Each event is worth a maximum of 100 points. With proper training, like the TSC Heart of a Champion Program any able bodied person can max the test and score 300 points.
This remarkable considering that many professional and olympic athletes would not be able to score 300 points if we gave them the test tomorrow.
Obviously, severe asthma, arthrititis or other disabilities would make it more difficult to score 300 points, but every able bodied person can max this test. The TSC 300 Challenge doesn't require abundant athletic ability, talent or skill beyond doing the basics of pull-ups, push-ups and running 3 miles.

  • Do you do it every day or once a weeek?

  • @veggiehammer90 It's a fitness test that you do once per week.

  • Does it matter if I start with the cardio first? I like being already warmed up when i do the pull - and push ups. I am now on day 15 and I can already see the results. I got stronger, my stomach flatter. But this isn't the best part. I really FEEL good. I am full of energy during the whole day, i can feel the vitality pumping thorugh my veins &my will is stronger. It has also become easy to do unpleasant things (paying bills) which I usually postponed till late. This challenge is just great!

  • @mynameisbastardson Keep Crushing it. You should warm-up before you do the pull-ups and the push-ups and then do the run last. If you give max effort on your run, you'll probably be too spent to get a great score on your pushes and pulls. Best, CK.

  • what do you do if you dont get 300

  • @MyAquariumLife You get started on the TSC Heart of a Champion Program and improve your fitness and increase your score. CK.

  • @WhoDaresWins1189 That is simply false. There are a lot of different sports and events at the Olympics and many athletes are simply not built or trained to pass this test. A world record holder in the discuss or shot-put doesn't have the cardio to max the run and is also probably too heavy to max the pull-ups. Other athletes would lack the upper body stamina to max to the pull-ups, being an Olympic caliber skater, skier, or tennis player doesn't mean that you can do 20 pullups.

  • @svtcobra1992 That's great you should post a video of yourself scoring 300.

  • @Katteraffy hahahahaha 3miles in 10minutes averages 18mph... that's pretty close to what olympic sprinters do for like 200m. in fact the world record for men's 800m averaged just under 18mph. I don't think you did that for 6x the distance.

  • im pretty sure all professional athletes can get 300+, this isnt that tough compared to what true athlete do.

  • dammm... i can do 80 push ups.. but only 15 pull ups. is that really bad?

  • i feel like this isnt that hard to get 300 points first try... good info though!

  • Im 12 going on 13 on May 21 im not super ripped or anything just really really fit. I could do the 3 miles in 10 minutes 50 pushups in 3 minutes and 25 chinups in 3 minutes.

  • easy.

  • Can do pull ups and pushups no sweet but running......

  • That's not a pushup HAHAHA

  • I just learned of this but it seems I'm at 300 points xD I can do 25 pull ups, I run 3 miles in 17 minutes and I can do 77 push ups at once :p
