This is Lucy ( the new name we gave her ) my hubby found her on our property 5 months ago when our house was getting built she was taken to the Vets with an injured foot and advertised to see if her owners would come forward she wasn't claimed after 7 days so we took her in and gave her a new home she is aged between 7 to 12 years old we have never had a Burmese before they are so affectionate and she talks and when she goes to lay down she drops as you see in the video clip

  • Aww my cat passed away 3 days ago. we couldnt find her and we called her name and stuff she diddnt come.i had her all my life because weowned her mother and we had our cat since day 1. lovely cat sorry :(

  • That so sux to hear about the loss of your cat! :(

  • Why did she pass away?

  • Thats because the Burmese were originally around oriental people.

  • theyre soooo lazy, mine will drop like this just about EVERYWHERE preferably on a soft surface (on every chair, sofa, rug, etc) on human beings, on the floor... EVERYWHERE I think it s a Burmese thing never seen it to this amount with other cats!

especially the way they do it, so "unafraid" yet elegant :) like a modern dancer dropping :))

  • My cat drops like that A LOT!
