  • A little correction-the second half is incredible. But again, in the beginning the guitar is tuning out from scratch and sounds awful.

  • Always been wondering why Jimmy deviates so much from the studio version playing the guitar, and always to the worse. The second half of this version is actually ok but the beginning is blurred so bad.

  • I agree with what has been said, i was at this concert in 1979, although it sounded out of this fucking world, it did sound as if there was somehing missing. Early Led Zeppelin before Jimmy got on to the heavy gear were sensational.

  • This is Sex - great

I love this song but its not even close to the TSRTS version.

  • Taking in mind just the studio version of this song, this song can be very different (even disapointing), but i think that all those changes were just a way to keep the song alive. Think of it, ten years playing the same notes must be boring.

    Pure class BTW.

  • When I started listening to this video, at the beginning where Page is soloing, I thought this was a St. Sanders parody video, that's how bad Page's playing is here. Sorry, I love Jimmy, but this isn't one of his best.

  • Have any you people heard the 1973 live version of this song, It Totally Blows Heroined out Jimmy Away. A little Schechy ITurned it off!

  • @ozzyhead73 I've never thought about that, but man you're so right... I read that Bonham told Jimmy he wanted to return to the "heavy" sound, as before in thru the outdoor, with strong riffs and stuff. Now imagine how it would have come out with all these influences... My god, life isn't f*ckin fair
