Wow this would've helped when I first got mine, instead of the stupid sex Ed, the video we were shown focused mainly on the male reproductive system.

I get my period for 7 days or more and i have to use around 3-5 ultra tampons a day, obviously with pads underneath because they always leek... I feel sorry for girls like me, I think it is because of my hormones that i get suck big cramps as well.
