when you run halo, do you launch the game from the same desktop icon you just changed to -console?

Do you have to be the host? Because on a dedicated server there's this motherfucker that keeps joining and quitting and joining and quitting.

good question, never got to that.

You use this same technique with a dedicated server, except you have to have the administrative password to that dedi. If you dont own that dedi, sorry but I cant help you out.

I would recommend you find out who runs the dedi, and let them know so they can add them to their BAN list.

banning on another server only clan members do that but u need a password for that its rcon so to use a console u need the password example ill change the map rcon 'password' sv_map bloodgulch classic_snipers and thats it but u need the password or else its no use
