My identity was stolen. Someone pretending to be me went to a loan company, QuickQuid, and borrowed £400 at 5,200% APR interest. Then QuickQuid wrote to me demanding repayment.

So ultimately if you were to enter somebody else's address and name but even make up their date of birth you could get £400 for free off of the company, I don't know what the maximum amount you can loan is. Surely QuickQuid should be trying to work with you on this as not only does it give them a bad reputation, but they must lose money and are now under investigation. It seems ridiculous!
