This is a pretty morbid story-vid:
House wants Cuddy to be in his life, but he keeps screwing things up. He recalls happier times, times when she was there for him, and realizes how much he has let her down. He sees that the only way they can be together is...in death. Cuddy, meanwhile, recalls how he has hurt her in the past, but as the vid progresses she realizes that she does want him in her life as well. She's too late though, because he has killed himself, and she does not know what to do.
