Alaska has some restrictions on androgynous fish streams, requires you to keep silt running into a settling pond, however during the May 15th to July 15th season,dredging is allowed in almost any water.

Good work, but kinda slow process. There is a faster and more productive/simpler way of doing it.

@shaffywally1981 you dont need any permits to mine in alaska at all. Although if your using a dredge then its a pain to get the permits and varies on location. I know where i highbank its illegal to dump tailings in the stream.
