@PengPengBoateng2 imagine in a simple term, punching. but with the kettle bell ball to be in the center rotation position, while the handle swings around the center of the bell. instead of the ball around the handle.
imagine kettle bell contact juggling, be smooth with the movement, but powerful.

What I dont understand, when I do this exercise, when I flip the kettlebell over the top, the round part of the kettlebel hits the back of my wrist/lower forearm. What am I doing wrong?

Why don't you just build brick walls? It does the same thing and you get something accomplished.

good work, but these are half snatches, for a snatch you need to let the weight drop the full distance

@SuperMangn Well, its not something we would ever recommend anyone else does - but we love heavy training and do it for ourselves.
