Gwendolyn tried crack cocaine one time and her life went downhill from there. She became homeless, living in a field under a tree. She covered up with plastic at night when it rained. Eventually, she was arrested. When she was released she went to The Salvation Army's substance abuse program in Dallas where her life was changed by Jesus Christ. Now she's on an entirely different road, not because she simply decided to turn over a new leaf in life, but because of an internal change that redirected her moral compass heading.
