Topsy

Topsy is a Midi controlled organ. It plays up to 65 key music. Topsy is an original design made to fit in the back of my car. Bellows provide the air and can be hand cranked or motor driven there are 85 pipes and 3 registers. Topsy has a lovely sound and the normal comment is about the Tone of the organ. I always design my organs for tone rather than just loudness.

Smashing! In what way does the midi control the organ?

There is a floppy disk with the MIDI signals which is decoded in the organ and sent to the 60 or so solenoid valves to sound the pipes. Thanks for your interest

organ 001 was my commision and got cheated out of it by him upping the agreed price and stealing my ideas. Enough said!!

I am the proof and would sware on oath he stole some of my ideas and cheated me out of his first commissioon for an organ I asked him to build. Shallow man and a cheat.

Shame that John had to copy other peoples ideas to put the final touches to an organ named after him. He's also not a man of his word and cheated the first person who commisioned him to build an organ for him, number 001. Cant take away from him his time and effort in these organs, shame he's such a shallow person, not a man of substance.
