  • I can't believe how much she has lost since, that'd be a lot maybe in normal people terms but it BL terms it's not too much. She LOOKS like she's lost a lot more though, she looks a lot better and that's what matters.

  • To me, Rachel seems like a really weird name for a guy.

  • I love the fact that they all continue on the healthy path after they leave the house but so far its like '2 months later and 10kg lighter' yeaaaahhh... some people beat that in ONE WEEK in the house!

  • I think she IS doing it and if she continues this throughout her life, she will be a lot healthier in the long run. Losing huge numbers in a short time is not really what matters, unless the money is all you're working for. A change is lifestyle is the important thing, and she is doing that.

  • In total, Rachel's lost over two and a half stone - in less than three months. On 'the outside'. This is excellent progress. Gym five days a week - sometimes twice a day; healthy eating. This shows huge progress in terms of self-motivation and positive results. Well done, Rachel.

  • That's pretty average actually. That's 22 pounds. 2-3 pounds a week is considered what's healthy, and considering she was only at the house only 2 weeks, she wasn'ta ble to learn as much as others on the show. AND she didn't have as much weight to lose as some other people that left early. and lost massive loads of weight.
