The Canadian Copyright Office requests that companies submit lists of staff with each submission, which includes videogames. Nintendo has submitted their staff lists since 1992, but they haven't highlighted the capacity each member works in. Kazumi Totaka has been credited for the following games:

F-1 Race (GB)

Tetris & Dr. Mario

It's possible his role in these games was not prominent, but it's also possible that the song is hidden away in them.
