I bought this a year ago and its really good and satisfying although i must say its too bright (it may be a good thing for games and movies) that you need to change the setting to Text for reading or surfing the web. but when you're watching a movie, change the setting to color Full and full bright. you'll be blown away! even with gaming. Also you have to calibrate the monitor to make it more deeper color and darker dark by installing the exe file from the disc given to you in the box.

What's the max viewing distance for consol gaming, on a 23 inch monitor? is a monitor of that size large enough for +/- 2 meters?

@TheClintRatliff that and 120hz reduces motion blur slightly and plays 24fps and 30fps cutscenes smother at a 5:5 and 4:4 frame ratio and not with a 3:2 pulldown

@NovaStrik3 ya, i wish it had 120hz but from what i hear is that the only difference between mhz is how long you can sit down and stare at the monitor meaning 120mhz would be better for your eyes in the long run being we are gamers, while 60hz will stress your eyes out more the longer you stare at the monitor. But otherwise this monitor is still beast :D

oh yeah, i got my copy of crysis 2 about 3 days ago and it looks great but my only issue with the monitor is its refresh rate being 60hz and not having a 120hz gamer mode

@NovaStrik3 I complete agree, but fact is all fps games nowadays are to appease the mass of newbies, but like you said before he should of played crysis, I am playing crysis 2 and omg it looks amazing onthis monster

@TheClintRatliff counterstrike isnt in tune with today's gaming community and is slowly dying, no one wants to play a game thats almost as old as they are because todays gaming community is mainly focused between ages 12-21 and marketing research shows that classic 1999ish shooters isnt what todays gamers want end of story. but if you want to be a fanboy thats fine but valve needs to make a newer CS game because its a waste to play 1.6 or source on my $3,500 rig and any true pc gamer would agree
