@timmykov Oh, I know you can mess things up on the way up or down if you do it wrong, taking off and getting pushed, having your foot slip out from under you, getting under cut. I was talking about jumps that don't end in disaster. Jumping like this period will beat up your knees over time, ask JKidd, Amare, Greg Oden, Blake Griffin. But, wood will give under your feet a little thereby taking a little bit of stress out of your knees, cement does not. It will ruin knees faster than wood will.
