Strange Noises from Inside Bedroom Wall

Please listen for the continuous rattling ticks that interrupts the video's background white noise. I have put notes throughout the video to highlight the problems.

It sounds like something is loose on the inside, if I put a but of force onto the wall, it temporary dampens the sound. It is louder in real life because the wall itself is acting like a big speaker to resonate the sound. As you can imagine, this is quite intolerable when you are sleeping right next to it at night. The fact that it can last up to 5 minutes, is really causing a problem with my sleep. Could you please see what you can do about this issue?

It's termites. You can search soldier termites knocking heads in alarm on youtube

just sounds like your plumbing or heating pipes expanding and contracting, i have hot water heat and mine rattle like that everytime it starts heating or cooling down
