I got food poisoning as well when I went to visit my grandma and great-grandfather (who passed away 3 days after his 100th birthday)
I think their water was enough to make me sick . I am vietnamese so the food wasn't too bad, I guess it was more of a sanitary thing that had made me sick for about a week :(
