i wish i could convince my self this show was worth watching. i would love to be interested but every clip i watch convinces me more and more that every second i sit through this i will just think, what a wack knock-off of the wire this is....

... Yet another reason why I hold this show in slightly less regard than The Wire. Because while it could aim a camera at black-dominated areas, the camera was always from the cops' point of view. Presenting a one-sided view of the current state of minority communities without exploring the conditions that created said state in the first place. Then racists watch this show and post idiotic comments on YouTube about nuking black neighborhoods and such.
