These guys (raping women and seen taking drugs and drinking alcohol) were PRISONERS who didn't care about law, or anything. Others were immigrants, and others were from conflicting tribes; following these bastard leaders. The US and Europe knew this and supplied them with weapons and bombs. Gadhafi kept these crazy-ass animals in cages. Can you imagine gangs and prisoners in YOUR country, in the streets? Look at how they treated Moammar. Those were crazy-ass criminals, not "rebels".
