I am also surprised by the dog comments. That dog would be all over the deck if he weren't restrained. I think everyone would rather see him chained than have a kettlebell fall on him.

Thats tough! I have to say that I am impressed

@mightyblkface Good video; you've got real strength. Man, funny how Tube-trolls always have to whine abou something; in this case, they could not pick apart your performance, so they decided to become spoksemen for your doggie.

woooooooooooow! get over it. there is nothing wrong with that dog. it just wants to play.
-_- i've seen people walk around shopping malls with leashes on their kids. GTFOH!
nice workout btw.

All these dog comments are crazy - my experience is that working out looks like play to dogs and they want to join in! That's why they whine. Anyway, good routine, had seen the exercises but not with kettlebells, keep up the work man.

you obviously know little about the proper care and as you call it training him to cet used to being outside. Try spending some time with your dog rather than keepinghim gnoring his cries for some attention doing exercise.

I hate to see a dog chained, but guess it was for his own safety.

yes it is, I have had so several comments about my dog(S) it is for there protection from those who think they know a breed of dog from some news report. jibbie there are many ways to have a dog confined. but I found that having my dogs in many different settings helps to make them more well rounded in terms of temperment. That was just my house dog getting used to being outdoors
